Dr. Kubica practiced in our East Hampton office during residency where she had one of the busiest resident panels with an emphasis on behavioral health. Her Track of Excellence was Academics and Leadership, including completion of a Masters degree in Medical Education from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was involved in a number of scholarly projects during residency including the implementation of a standardized resident signout tool, development of a residency assertiveness curriculum, and resident-driven quality improvement teams that resulted in three national presentations. She served as Chief Resident during her fourth year of training. Since graduation she has been pursuing an academic career at the Penn State Hershey College of Medicine. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. She spends the bulk of her time caring for outpatients of all ages including office procedures and OMT. She also serves as inpatient teaching attending for Penn State's Family Medicine Residency Program, and teaching medical students and residents.
