Resident Wellness

Our resident wellness activities are championed by a dedicated team of residents and faculty who collaborate to develop and sponsor a wide variety of activities aimed at promoting physician wellness, developing personal resiliency, preventing burnout, and providing resources for confidential support.

Preventive Education

Cooking Dedicated educational sessions for all resident classes focusing on:

  • Identifying characteristics of health and wellness

Personal Skill Development
