A California native, Dr. Penner practiced in our Middletown office during residency, providing both compassion and high quality care to an underserved city population with many needs. She pursued her passion for nutrition and wellness through a Personalized Track of Excellence. After graduation she returned to Sacramento, California, where she entered practice at a Community Health Center; there, she provides ambulatory primary care to adults and children and also directs community-based wellness programs.
