Why did I choose Middlesex?
Middlesex truly felt like the perfect fit for me! From the extensive behavioral health training and in- depth pediatric experiences, I felt as if the goals of the program really aligned with my own. On top of that, everyone I met before and during the interview was friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy here.
About my track and future goals…
I will probably end up making my own track to help prepare for rural practice. I hope to train further in behavioral health/ medical psychiatry as well as LGBTQ+ care and women’s health.
When I’m not on call I’m…
At the climbing gym, hanging out on the couch with a book, or baking. I can also be seen out and about at the dog park or a brewery with my boyfriend, Billy, and our Australian Shepherd, Elliot.
A fun fact or two about me…
I love cookie decorating and spend at least 3 days every December baking and decorating cookies, averaging over 8 hours each day!
