Why did I choose Middlesex?

I chose Middlesex because of the opportunities afforded by the 4-year curriculum and the supportive environment created by the faculty, staff and residents. Additionally, I sensed how much the family medicine residents and faculty cared about their community and how much the community valued their family medicine physicians.

About my track and future goals…

I want to practice broad-spectrum family medicine, promoting health and wellness and advocating for my patients on individual, community, and broader levels. I am particularly interested in behavioral health, addiction medicine, health equity and health policy. I know Middlesex and the tracks will help me combine my interests and passions to create a fulfilling and exciting career.

When I’m not on call I’m…

Spending quality time with loved ones, trying out a new recipe in my kitchen or outside running, cycling, paddleboarding, hiking or skiing.

A fun fact or two about me…

I love to travel! I’ve been to El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Colombia and Italy so far, and the list of places I want to visit is always growing.
