Tillman, Abigail, M.D.

A Connecticut native, Dr. Tillman is a former collegiate lacrosse player, researcher, and ski instructor. At Middlesex she also proved to be a talented clinician and teacher. She participated in a personalized Track of Excellence focusing on Wilderness Medicine and Procedures. She served as Co-Chief Resident during her final year at Middlesex. After graduation she entered private practice in West Hartford, Connecticut, where she provides inpatient and outpatient care as well as a growing procedural practice. She actively teaches medical students and Family Medicine Residents as part of her practice. Someday she would like to become the doctor in a small rural ski town.
