Why did I choose Middlesex?

I chose Middlesex for the extensive training that only a four year program can provide. Having an extra year under my belt will give me the extra edge in experience and knowledge that I need in order to provide the best medical care to my community. More importantly, I chose Middlesex for the people. The residents, faculty, and staff are not only hard working and compassionate, but they are people I genuinely want to hang out with outside of work.

About my track and future goals...

Although I am currently undecided in my track, I do want to make a career out of providing care for those who have difficulty obtaining access to quality medicine. After graduation I will be working in a medical home alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, behavioral therapists, and other members of the health care team to provide the best care for patients.

When I'm not on call I'm...

Either chilling (like a villain?) with my brothers and cousins, or vegging out playing Fifa or Overwatch.

A fun fact or two about me...

I was a middle school math teacher in the Bronx in a former life. And some say I still am...
