Domack, Teresa, M.D.

A Connecticut native of Polish heritage, Dr. Domack participated in our Academics and Leadership track and earned a Masters in Medical Education from Lake Erie College of Medicine during residency. In her first year she developed a comprehensive Intern Survival Guide, which continues to be issued to all entering residents. She was tremendously active as a teacher and scholar, delivering seven regional and national presentations. She served as Co-Chief Resident during her final year at Middlesex. After graduation she entered outpatient practice in Farmington, Connecticut while continuing work as a per diem Hospitalist at Middlesex Hospital.
