A Florida native, Dr. McDole moved north for her residency. She participated in our Maternal-Child Health Track of Excellence, but she wasn’t thrilled with the snow. After graduation she returned to her climate comfort zone and entered full time community outpatient practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
