A Connecticut native, Dr. Henriquez came to us after a 10 year career as a film writer. He participated in our Geriatric track, and developed a new assisted living practice and Geriatric curriculum. He and his Psychiatrist wife also welcomed three children to their family during residency. His inpatient skills were recognized with the David Baggish, M.D. Award, and his education contributions with the STFM Resident Teacher award. After graduation he entered full time outpatient, assisted living and nursing home practice with Middlesex Health Primary Care in East Haddam, Connecticut where he continues to teach our residents.
