A native of New Hampshire, after a number of years working for the United States Forest Service Dr. Fortin came to us with a passion for nurturing healthy lifestyles. She participated in our Integrative Medicine track, and completed the prestigious University of Arizona Fellowship program. She served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. She was honored as an outstanding clinician with the Prabash Ganguli, M.D. Clinical Excellence Award. After graduation she entered full time outpatient practice with Middlesex Health Primary Care in Cromwell, Connecticut where her practice emphasizes Integrative Medicine.
